FLS International, one of the leading US providers of Intensive English and Study Tour programs invites applications for the position of Vice President of Marketing, to work from our Pasadena, CA location.
The Vice President of Marketing will supervise the duties of the marketing team, create and monitor promotions and marketing strategies, design and monitor print, electronic, and social media, plan travel and fair participation, create new programs, develop and manage a strategy for local sales, supervise bids for group tours, and have strong personal sales.
Compensation includes a base salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, performance bonuses, paid vacation, and health insurance contributions.
Candidates for the Vice President of Marketing position should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s in Marketing or a related field, as well as a minimum of ten years marketing or sales experience, including experience leading an international sales team, preferably in an EFL/ESL, education, or travel environment. Preference is given to those that have experience in international education. The position includes international travel. Cross-cultural sensitivity and a customer-service orientation are required. The candidate must be able to work under pressure and prioritize duties.
