Reporting directly in to the EMEA Head of Business Development, the hire will move in to a role that has a core marketing focus, but with a remit that will include ownership over PR and branding responsibilities. Those responsibilities include brand development, social media interaction, website content development, leading webinars, PR liaison, event management and collateral development. The hire is seen as being key in driving overall marketing strategy, as you will be personally responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy alongside external stakeholders.
We are looking for a hire that has 3-5yrs marketing experience ideally. You must be from a buy-side background. It is imperative to have strong PR/branding experience. This is not an admin role, so the hire must also have the character, personality and gravitas to work in both a business facing + an external/client facing role.
The role is likely to cap at a 45k base salary, however potential candidates that are currently earning that figure should not be discouraged from applying. The culture of the fund allows for bonuses amounting to a large % of base salary paid to a top performer.
