This individual will play a key role in the US Gaucher marketing team. Focused on HCP, the position will be responsible for creating marketing materials that enhance disease understanding, build treatment drivers, as well as differentiate Cerezyme and Cerdelga using scientifically sound and market insight-based insights. The SPM/PM will report to the US Marketing Director for Gaucher.
•Lead HCP Commercial advisory boards •Partners cross-functionally on patient speaker bureau •Develop success metrics and measurements for HCP marketing initiatives •Own HCP market research insights for Patient/Caregiver, consolidation of situation analysis for annual brand plan, formulation of market research calendar, and execution of market research studies •Ensure budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements •Travel approximately 20-30%
•At least 6+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience •Bachelors Degree required •MBA desirable •At least 6+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience •Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing strategies and regulatory/compliance environment •Strong interpersonal, oral and written skills and ability to interact professionally •Demonstrated ability to effectively implement and communicate the core brand messages, product positioning statements and collateral materials •Strong organizational and operational skills, attention to detail and judgment •Strong critical thinking skills •Ability to work collaboratively
