We are looking for an experienced professional to join our growing Domestic Marketing team as a Marketing Manager. Key responsibilities include: •Create and manage an annual marketing plan that aligns to business goals for our Ambulatory Care segment •Develop messaging platforms for use in content and campaigns, that differentiate that segment’s unique capabilities and strengths •Identify and produce compelling marketing content in various forms that facilitate sales enablement for our Business Development partners •Create multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, digital, etc.) to help the segment reach its lead goals and KPIs •Develop insights for campaign results to improve future performance •Share formal plans, results and actionable insights with key stakeholders •Manage outside agency partners and internal team partners to meet plan objectives Our ideal candidate is a: •Strong written and verbal communicator - to articulate our Enterprise value and provide plan visibility to internal partners •Creative, out of the box thinker - to craft compelling messaging, campaigns and plans •Analytical problem solver – to synthesize information and draw actionable insights •Organized, self-starter – to jump in and lead multiple complex projects with tight deadlines, simultaneously •Team oriented – with the ability to build excitement and consensus around shared goals with stakeholders and within Enterprise Marketing
•Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience within healthcare or other comparably complex B2B industry, with planning and budgeting responsibilities. •Familiarity with marketing automation systems, such as Marketo and how these systems align with CRM platforms (i.e., Salesforce) ideal. Experience with online media campaigns preferred. •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Marketing-related concentration required. •Experience in the ambulatory care setting a plus.
