The Sales Representative must have a desire for success within a fast-paced sales environment. This position is responsible for the growth and maintenance of customer relationships within an assigned book of business, along with the expectation to grow and nurture new business in order to meet incentive benchmarks. This consists of working closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges in order to provide support and the best solutions that ensure the customer’s vision is realized. The position of Sales Rep is responsible for increasing sales and serving as a superior support to our customers. The Sales Rep will work out of our corporate headquarters in Elgin, IL. Pay is base plus commission. Overview of responsibilities: •Achieve monthly, quarterly and year-end sales goals. •Aptitude to negotiate and close business. •Develop sufficient pipeline to cover set targets. •Proactively learn the customer’s business and competitive landscape. •Provide great customer service, including responding to client phone calls and emails, performing face-to-face meetings, managing deadlines, budgets and brand stewardship. •Provide accurate updates to the company’s CRM with account activity and status updates. •Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment. •Provide quotes in response to customer requests. •Order entry and relaying of information between customer and internal team.

•Minimum Associate’s degree and/or 2-5 years in a customer facing inside sales or customer service role. •Must have a passion for selling. •Must have working knowledge of sales process. •Superior interpersonal skills and relationship building. •Friendly and positive attitude. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Superior time management and organizational skills. •Ability to meet deadlines under pressure. •Self-motivated, resourceful and proactive. •Proficient in Microsoft Office. •Estimating knowledge is a plus. •Experience with CRM system is a plus. •Have a natural aptitude for using technology. •Ability to look at and comprehend 3-dimensional environments and solutions. |
Additional Salary Information: Pay is base salary plus commission.
