Incumbent provides marketing support for sales and client service (Relationship/Product Managers, Client Service Associates, Portfolio Managers and Senior Management) by creating and maintaining all marketing materials with an emphasis on stable value products. Materials includes, but are not limited to, standard templates, client and prospect presentation books, product sheets, news letters, and white papers. He/she will be responsible for initiating meetings with requestor (Product Manager, Client Service Associates, etc) to determine data and design requirements; working closely with colleagues in production and statistical areas to update regularly required data, support inquiries, and ensure that information is used in the proper context; coordinating the process for design and production of the materials; updating, formatting and redesigning materials; coordinating compliance approvals; and monitoring printing process. Incumbent will also contribute to the process by identifying and improving standards for presentation designs that will enhance materials and improve efficiency.
Qualifications BA/BS degree. 2 years experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel); Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop on a PC platform. Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize; attention to detail, strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills are required as well as a solid work ethic and professionalism. Understanding of the investment management business, particularly Stable Value, is a plus, but will develop within the role.
