Our Marketing Operations Manager has end-to-end responsibility for marketing systems and processes, from roadmap planning to day-to-day tactical operations. This role is responsible for identifying and closing system or process gaps to improve the quality of the marketing pipeline and help make the organization work better as a whole. You will also be responsible for ensuring the underlying marketing data quality supports executive management’s reporting and analytics requirements. You will conduct thorough data driven analyses to support informed business decisions and will regularly produce thorough, yet succinct, executive ready reports.
What will you do?
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure proper performance of key marketing systems
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in use of marketing systems
Create and maintain metrics/reports on effectiveness of systems and processes
Analyze and audit marketing data to ensure underlying quality supports data-driven decision-making by upper management
Translate complex data and related information into concise presentation materials
Identify ways to streamline/automate data collection and presentation
Design and maintain processes for measurement, tracking, and reporting
Understand CAN SPAM and other marketing regulations
Manage all lead scoring, tracking, and routing
Implement new lead scoring models to improve marketing effectiveness
Support end-users of marketing systems and tools with startup and ongoing training on the systems and tools
Manage budget including everything related to team tools, travel, and training expenses

Are you a fit?
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or technology
4+ years of experience managing complex operations and activities, preferably in a digital marketing environment
Experience implementing and managing various types of marketing technology, including CRM, automation tools, ABM platforms, survey tools, etc.
Previous budget management responsibility
Proven ability to partner with various groups within an organization such as Marketing, Sales, and Analytics teams to build consensus and gather and execute requirements
Familiarity with database queries (SQL) and statistical analysis
Solvency dealing with data issues (e.g. data cleaning, outliers, data linking and matching)
Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
Good business and financial acumen
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
Excellent written and oral communication
