Responsible for creating and ensuring the distribution of valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract new participants and new companies to attend Executive Education programs. We seek a creative, innovative marketing executive to join our marketing team. This person will play an integral role in developing content, curating content from existing sources and managing contractors and agencies to develop content. The content will be leveraged within marketing programs to support engagement with different personas and deliver a compelling value proposition for HBS Executive Education. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on team player who will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Executive Education and with relevant peers across HBS.
The Assistant Director will:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy for both individual participants as well as organizations.
Manage a set of contractors and/or agencies to build content in the right format and form to best reach our different personas.
Manage a budget.
Collaborate closely with peers on the marketing team and external media/design partners to develop content and ensure the best placement of the content.
Work closely with the web team to ensure the right content is available for placement.
Partner with sales and program advising teams and other cross-functional teams for market insights.

BA/BS plus 6+ years of direct experience in a senior marketing capacity.
Additional qualifications include the following:
Strong collaborator who builds trust across a wide range of stakeholders
Experience working as an individual contributor with the ability to execute the day-to-day, while working collaboratively with marketing team peers.
Successful track-record of developing content in either a B2C or B2B environment.
Strong creative skills.
Comfortable engaging senior leaders/faculty.
Strong project mgt. skills and experience directing writers, designers, and other vendors.
Is agile and adaptive to constantly changing market needs and competitive landscape
