This exempt, full-time position will work closely with the Associate Vice President of Enrollment/Dean of Admissions and Executive Director of Admissions to develop, write and manage the day-to-day Admissions communication plan to include digital, print and text.
Working with the Associate Vice President of Enrollment/Dean of Admissions and Executive Director of Admissions, create content and design and manage all electronic communications to prospective and incoming students and their families using Slate CRM;
Manage the comprehensive communication flow for incoming students including campaigns for prospect, inquiry, applicant, admit, and yield for freshmen, transfer and international students - via Slate;
Liaison with marketing department, working closely with the Marketing Production Coordinator, in the timely development and execution of all admissions marketing tactics and materials;
Manage Admissions web content and assure information is constantly updated;
Manage and provide content for Admissions social media presence on Facebook and Instagram;
Analyze data and metrics and identify meaningful insights and trends from marketing and communication campaigns and activities. Make strategic recommendations based on this analysis;
Assist other departments on campus who need to communicate with incoming prospective students;
Assist with recruitment of new students which may require some travel when necessary;
Other duties as assigned.
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field required;
A minimum of three years related experience preferably in higher education;
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail;
Experience working with diverse populations;
Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to write for different constituents and different tactics, both in print and digital;
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
Experience using technology in a higher education setting preferred;
Experience working with a web content management system (CMS) and metrics reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Hub Spot a plus;
Ability to work nights and weekends when necessary.
