SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER, Travel / Hospitality
Criterion Global is a fast-expanding international media planning and buying agency currently seeking a Senior Account Manager for Travel / Hospitality.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for client leadership and innovative media buying strategy for key Travel and Hospitality clients.
This full time position is based in NYC, with travel as needed to our Miami offices or client sites. Compensation commensurate with experience.
MEDIA RESPONSIBILITIES :
IDENTIFY: Proactively identify strategic opportunities and solutions for client campaigns.
COMMUNICATE: Articulate and justify decisions based on consumer behavior data, trends, and applied findings to demonstrate value to clients.
MANAGE: Planning and execution of client media programs within assigned markets, including negotiations for the purchase of media across a variety of channels as well as the intricacies and management of those activations.
ANALYSE: Candidate must be able to draw inferences and conclusions from data to make sound, supported client optimization recommendations.
CLIENT SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage travel and hospitality client relationships
Continuing development of travel and hospitality media strategy.
Deliver ongoing analyses of client reporting (usually weekly) to ensure tactics are aligned with client strategy/objectives.
Participation in new client business pitches.
You navigate complicated/ambiguous media buying challenges to find answers and actionable solutions for clients.
Articulate and justify decisions based on consumer behavior data, trends, and applied findings to demonstrate value.
Proactively identify strategic opportunities and solutions for client campaigns.
Plan and execute Travel and Hospitality media programs, including negotiations for the purchase of media across a variety of channels.
Quantitative skills and a deliberate organizational process, + talent to “tell a story” through data.
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks with a confidence.
Demonstrable Client Account Leadership + Travel Media Strategy Thinking.

BONUS QUALIFICATION: FLUENCY (WRITTEN + SPOKEN) IN A NON-ENGLISH LANGUAGE
Additional Salary Information: Commensurate with experience; base salary with annual bonus based on client retention and growth.
