Marketing is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to create client loyalty and build brand awareness with millennials.
This role will provide the opportunity to develop and execute client engagement strategies, with interaction across the WM Marketing organization. There is also strong connectivity to Family Office Resources and the UHNW business (PWM / IWM).
The Client Loyalty Marketing Analyst will report directly to the Head of Client Loyalty Marketing. This role will support Reserved Living & Giving in creating differentiated offers beyond wealth management, driving engagement with the Firm's HNW and UHNW clients and help advisors deepen client relationships. The position will help execute a cohesive marketing strategy for the Reserved Living & Giving program across multiple marketing channels updating and executing internal and external marketing communications, website and program enhancements, and measuring their effectiveness. In addition, the role will help support the NextGen client segment. These programs touch upon a variety of skills such as digital marketing, technology, partner negotiations, event planning, content strategy and creating and partnering across the Firm.
Support the creation of strategically aligned, robust and integrated multi-media marketing and communications plans and campaigns to promote key Reserved initiatives internally and externally
Support loyalty website and communications
Engage with Financial Advisors, Call Centers and other internal teams to support needs
Increase awareness of Reserved Living & Giving internally, among clients and prospective clients
Manage the legal and compliance review and approval process for team materials
Ensure messaging and value story are consistent and support key business initiatives
Help create, analyze and manage client messaging and communications including email, direct mail and social media
Responsible for building the UHNW NextGen community in partnership with Private Wealth Management and International Wealth Management Marketing / business stakeholders
1-3 years of experience in Marketing or Financial Services
B.A or B.S. degree. A concentration in Marketing or communications is preferred.
Detailed oriented with strong organizational, analytical and written communication skills
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
Demonstrate positive attitude and comfortable working in a high pressure environment
Ability to develop strong relationship skills
Team oriented and collaborative approach
Strong work ethic and judgment
