The School of Business and Economics is a dynamic academic unit at Thompson Rivers University (TRU) has a large international student body. We offer a wide array of undergraduate and graduate-level certificate, diploma, and degree programs in business and economics including Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master in Environmental Economics and Management (MEEM), Master of Science in Environmental Economics and Management (MSc of Economics). Programs are taught domestically and internationally using both on campus and distance delivery methods, stressing active student learning and the globalization of the business environment. The school is currently experiencing rapid growth in all programs, and over the next few years, we expect to significantly expand our faculty.
We are looking for a capable educator to join our faculty beginning August 1, 2019 or later for a tenure-track position as a Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer/ Principal Lecturer in Marketing.
The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in marketing and will have opportunities to supervise student research. Faculty are also expected to make service contributions to their profession, department, school, institution or community by participating on various committees and contributing to other initiatives.

Master's degree in Marketing or an MBA degree with significant course work in marketing related courses.
Evidence of superior teaching skills in marketing courses.
MBA or Master degree in Marketing from an AACSB or EQUIS or AMBA accredited business school.
PhD or DBA in Marketing (or near completion) from an AACSB or EQUIS accredited business school.
