Opportunity: This role will offer a chance to work in a fast paced environment at the forefront of market structure change and will offer the opportunity to work in established businesses which is focusing on a strategy of client acquisition. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be assigned a portfolio of clients to cover/acquire and will be responsible for the following:
Mapping the existing client landscape - scoping wallet, market share, competitors and opportunities and developing relationships with prospects and existing clients;
Leading the deal team for RFPs and bid processes and institutionalizing the pitch across the firm;
Once mandates are won, remaining the key contact for all commercial aspects of the clearing relationship and seeking to grow wallet share;
Help maximize revenue with existing clients whilst building relationships with prospective clients;
Source Leads and independently run with prospective client deals throughout the sales cycle;
Develop and maintain strong and lasting client relationships;
A knowledge of Prime Services along with Custody and Fund Administration;
Experience working with Hedge Fund and Alternative Clients;
Strong team player;
Strong relationship building and inter-personal skills;
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
Ability to navigate the Bank and work across other Lines of Business;
Attention to detail, effective time management and multi-tasking ability required;
Ability to help identify innovative solutions to best serve customers and manage risk;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
