Job Summary: Responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities. Concepts and creates cross-media content, marketing materials, advertising campaigns, manages projects, and ensures company messages and branding are consistent; Markets products and creates brand awareness across multiple platforms; Produces and publishes brand and product content in print and online; tracking various analytical and sales data. Responsible for developing effective marketing programs to solicit business by performing the following duties.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the marketing operation budgets.
Reviews sponsorship applications and project proposals to determine the best partnerships.
Responsible for developing, creating, and delivering strategic marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of company objectives, products and brand to help the company achieve immediate and long-term business goals.
Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies; planning, scheduling, and completing design and production requirements for direct marketing and advertising according to plan/strategy.
Manages and develops marketing programs and materials such as advertising, event support, videos, eNewsletter, and online promotions; plans and executes advertising and promotional programs to build customer awareness and repeated purchases.
Develops and coordinates multimedia packages for both B2B and B2C-letters, brochures, video, and point-of-purchase displays.
Develops, maintains and monitors the company web site and consults with sales and shop personnel relative to web site needs and changes.
Maintains and monitors social media marketing campaigns and digital media platforms. Develops and posts timely, relevant and fresh content and stories about our brand.
Implements and periodically revises the company's marketing plan
Negotiates advertising contracts and works with print and online publications on advertising schedules and editorial
Takes, edits and maintains product and event photography; edits and manipulates as necessary for various marketing and advertising use, including but not limited to company catalog and the company website
Attends trade shows and assists show staff with set-up, dissemination of company information and meets with various media outlets during show.
Oversee and manage to Marketing Coordinator or outside Marketing firms, when needed. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Possess a strong understanding and/or excel in all facets of the creative process; marketing concepts, graphic design, brand development and creative tools.
Ability to develop and publish high impact, authentic marketing content and stories for various platforms
Ability to effectively utilize a variety of computer applications in graphics and design, publishing, and photographs.
Photography basics and photo editing skills including cropping, color adjustments, image effects and other photograph adaptations.
Accuracy and good eye for details.

Completion of college courses in marketing, advertising, or creative design, preferred associates degree.
Three years marketing experience or equivalent education.
Experience with a variety of software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office, etc.
Experience with web design
Experience with social media platforms
