The Director of Sales and Marketing role at Knollwood is a unique opportunity for a qualified candidate to work in a dynamic environment with a team-oriented staff committed to the compassionate care of seniors who have spent a lifetime in service to our nation. The professional selected will spearhead a 4-year repositioning project that will add 100 Independent Living apartments, lead the sales and marketing team to build brand awareness and high census, establish sales and occupancy goals and manage efforts to achieve and exceed those goals to include managing pre-sale for the repositioning efforts, and strategize and implement marketing campaigns.
The successful Director of Sales and Marketing is a highly motivated, self-directed individual who will apply an entrepreneurial spirit and effective leadership style to the development of this prestigious repositioning project as well as championing the community as a whole.
In addition, the successful candidate is:
Experienced managing repositioning projects for CCRCs in major metropolitan areas
7+ years of experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing for a CCRC or equivalent experience
Proficient with each phase of selling and the nuances of marketing and public relations
Experience in use of CRMs (SalesForce, Enquire, Matrix Care, AOD, etc.) and proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point
College educated, bachelor’s degree preferred
