We are a specialist branded merchandise distributor with offices in New York (USA) and London (UK). We work with a range of clients, sourcing merchandise to help them build brand awareness; grow sales or engage and recognize their in-house teams.
Our US office has been open for 3 years. We're a small, fun, busy team that's full of ambition. We have recently won a prestigious new global client, and are looking for an experienced Account Manager to mobilize the contract and manage the on-going delivery of our service proposition.
The main objectives of the role:
Retain and develop your client base through the provision of innovative merchandise solutions.
Maximize the commercial opportunities from your client base.
Develop new business opportunities to facilitate growth.
What we’re looking for from you:
A seasoned Account Manager with experience of working within the promotional merchandise industry.
An individual that relishes in the challenge of delivering against stretching sales and gross profit targets.
The ability to interpret a client brief and deliver a compelling merchandise solution within budget and on time.
Demonstrates ownership in delivering a first-class customer experience, ensuring the seamless end-to-end delivery of our service spanning creating of quotes, sales and purchase orders.
Solutions orientated. Must be able to problem solve and deliver solutions to the challenges that our clients set.
Naturally organized with superb attention to detail. Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Experienced in delivering merchandise solutions through pop-up stores would be an added advantage.
Demonstrates a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities.
Flexible approach to work; ensuring the job at hand is completed on time.
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
Willingness to travel to client meetings both domestically and internationally.
