Job Description: In this role, the candidate will support the global Private Equity fundraising efforts. The main areas of responsibility for the Marketing Coordinator include:
Tracking and coordinating all non-US Limited Partner ("LP") meeting requests in NY
Working in Salesforce to maintain log of materials for all non-U.S. LP meeting requests
Maintaining internal database of LP contact and commitment information
Assisting in the fund closing process by coordinating, tracking receipt and approvals of fund legal documents with internal and external parties
Participating in the planning and logistics of the annual investor conference, due diligence days and other additional LP meetings with assistance from the Blackstone Events team
Setting up Co-Investment and Fund Launch calls
Participating in and taking notes for Indication of Interest ("IOI") calls and meetings
Working on various ad-hoc projects

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
Familiarity with Salesforce is highly desirable
