As our Director Division Marketing (DDM), you will work with associates in their assigned divisions to champion innovative thinking by continuously seeking feedback, addressing any concerns, and implementing new ideas to increase customer base. The DDM is responsible for the marketing and sales planning for their assigned division.
What you will be doing:
Works in collaboration with system manager and division team on competitive strategy and tactics to thwart competition.
Identifies and tracks competitors by market, maintains competitive intelligence metrics, identifies pre-emptive tactics, and develops proactive strategies to protect the Company’s customer base.
Manages area marketing budgets for assigned division to maximize subscriber and cashflow growth.
Develops marketing plans for each system location in collaboration with corporate marketing plan.
Works closely with the Director of Communications to ensure the success of community outreach programs.
Directs and seeks out local partnership opportunities to promote community support.
Works in collaboration with the Acquisition Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to drive sales and work collaboratively on marketing message & medium.

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and a minimum of 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in Microsoft products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Power BI.
Strong communication skills.
A valid driver's license and good driving record is required.
Up to 20% business travel for visits to local offices and/or conferences.
