ABOUT YOUR ROLE: As the Marketing & Analytics Manager, you will be a member of the Demand Generation department which strives to help drive business decisions and optimize the media budget. Summary: As a Marketing & Analytics Manager, you will proactively uncover opportunities to improve marketing operations across the company. You will use advanced analytics and programming to make recommendations to senior executives. Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation, you will collaborate closely on strategy and analytics. You will be responsible for improving the ROI of marketing initiatives, exercising your understanding of the intricacies of specific media channels such as TV, paid search, etc. as well as improving budgeting operations and execution.

Help define the highest priority demand generation initiatives based on quantitative analysis
Proactively obtain relevant data to drive decision making, establishes connections between data profiles and successful results, and makes recommendations for investment in more promising opportunities.
Apply appropriate analytical methodologies in combination with strong logic to draw ROI increasing conclusions
Create clear and compelling presentations and oral arguments to obtain stakeholder buy-in
Monitor and assure effective execution of demand gen policies from spend to enrollment to guarantee effective operations
This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Coursework in Marketing and Statistics (3-4 courses in statistics)
5+ years’ experience in Marketing and Analytics
Equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master’s and 3+ years of experience)
Certificates and Licenses: None required.
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others
Advanced analytics and strong understanding of statistics methodologies and modeling
Programming in R and/or SAS required (Python considered)
Ability to collaborate, problem-solve and strategize effectively with senior level colleagues
Strong abstract reasoning and critical thinking skills
Ability to respond appropriately and constructively to feedback and follow-through on recommendations
Exhibits a creative approach to problem-solving on new initiatives
Adheres to established best practices and processes and brings recommendation forward for approval prior to implementation
Possess a growth mindset and continuality strive to learn new methodologies and integrate newly acquired knowledge
Track record of successful, complex assignments, accomplished with independence and creativity
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to travel 10% of the time (minimal)
Ability to pass required background check
Advanced degree is a plus
SQL is a plus
