Exciting Retail Property Management opportunity to contribute to national team, oversee property marketing teams and develop marketing strategy for multiple shopping centers across the U.S. The role is responsible for the strategy, support and execution and success of the property marketing teams. Responsible for assisting with tourism and business development efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Indirectly manages retail property marketing managers, including training, monitoring performance issues, promoting a team environment, provides work direction and promotes an environment of innovation and though leadership.
Works directly with several clients and property management teams on marketing strategy and execution for properties without dedicated marketing resources.
Provides strategy and thought leadership for properties with tourism marketing opportunities.
Ensures compliance with company standards with the company logo, consistency of marketing products and connects the enterprise for client solutions and property team strategy.
Manages between property teams and national retail team on various projects.
Works with clients to develop marketing solutions, including leasing marketing materials for the Mall & Large Format Retail Platform.
Supports business development efforts for retail property management platform.
Supports and provides detailed budgets, reforecasts and recommendations to clients for marketing.
Supports the career development of team members and continual improvement of work product.
Prepares recurring marketing reports for management and clients.
Liaise and support property teams with communications, such as press releases, feature stories, and by-line articles to the media.
May serve as the contact for advertising and promotion for a local area office.

Provides informal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Effectively recommends same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and a minimum of seven years of related experience and/or training.

Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style.
