The Wealth Management Marketing Lead will be responsible for all the marketing and sales efforts, supporting the 5 year roadmap for the retail wealth business.
This role will require expertise in paid media/performance marketing, as well as proven track record in launching large scale marketing campaigns. Experience with building full funnel campaigns with a single customer view will be important, as it will require addressing the customer wealth life cyle and how we drive growth with wealth customer segments.
Orchestrate the overall marketing and paid media strategy in growing the retail banking wealth management business.
Lead various cross-functional stakeholders to build the 5-year marketing and sales roadmap for the retail wealth business
Ensure effective implementation of the strategy across markets and continually identify opportunities to define target audience, optimize CPA and maximize return
Identify opportunities to test and learn marketing initiatives, including marketing innovation
Create scorecards to track performance, quickly identify/flag any shortfalls early and propose options to get back on track to achieving goals
Conduct deep-dives into specific areas that may warrant further investigation and provide data-driven, analytically sound recommendations on way forward
Lead and execute the test and learn agenda across product, creative, media and digital customer experience for all screen sizes
6-10 years in financial services focusing on growing wealth management
Experience in paid media marketing, building sales plans and optimizing media commitments
Experience in launching marketing campaigns; working with agency teams to deliver creative and messaging
Proven analytical, project and process management skills
Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams at a time
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-starter who also has a demonstrated ability to work successfully in team environment and drive results from team
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact appropriately with people across different functions and multiple levels across organization
Advanced marketing competence across search, display, paid media and measurement.
