The Director of Marketing develops and executes brand and marketing strategies to support brand reputation and enrollment at the University, with a specific focus on undergraduate, adult and transfer student markets and programs. In partnership with Admission, s/he is responsible for day-to-day strategic planning and management of undergraduate, adult learner and transfer advertising, message strategies and integrated communications efforts. • Work with senior administrators to develop marketing strategies in support of institutional priorities and enrollment objectives • Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals
