Digital Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Coordinating the creation and release of original brand content suitable for publishing across all digital outlets

• Planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Maintaining cutting-edge knowledge of standards, policies, and strategies in paid social media
• Conducting social media analysis to report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals
• Bringing innovation, creativity, and freshness to create and deploy strategies to attract followers on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Boosting brand presence by interacting with followers
• Maintaining a strong brand voice across all platforms
• Developing and maintaining creative monthly schedules for social media content (e.g. stories, blogs, and short videos)
• Working with the Marketing team to create content strategies
• Performing other duties as requested

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• 0 – 2 years of experience
• Experience with and a strong knowledge of paid acquisition via Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Highly effective communicator, both verbal and written
• Must be fluent with AdWords and Facebook Business Manager
• Solid understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work atmosphere
• Self-motivated, team player who takes responsibility and ownership of their work
• Ability to create compelling brand content
• Soccer knowledge is preferred
