Marketing and Proposal Manager

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations; Journalism or Communications. 
• 7+ years marketing experience in construction (preferred), engineering or architectural industry; graphic design skills essential 
•  Ability to lead multi-disciplined teams; 
•  Staff management experience required; 
•  Experience in proposal writing, editing, proofreading and preparation skills. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication; 
• High proficiency in InDesign, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; 
• Familiarity with CRM software experience required.   A proven track record of having strong attention to detail and focus on error-free output; 
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; 
• Exceptional time management; 
• Ability to think strategically about how to best position KBE to prospective clients when responding to a proposal or other client-focused communication; 
• Actively involved in at least one key industry organization, working at the committee or board level; 
• All other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Familiar with AEC360 system 
• Ability to use Viewpoint  
• Strong, creative graphic design skills, experience in Illustrator or Photoshop  
• Construction industry experience or similar highly preferred
