Position Description:
We are seeking a Sr. Associate/Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to plan and activate internal and external marketing programs across a number of the firm's corporate platforms including, but not limited to, Inclusion and Diversity, Purpose at PIMCO and Women and Investing. You will be a self-starter who possesses strong project management skills and a keen attention to detail .

This position will be located in PIMCO's Newport Beach, CA office.
Responsibilities
- Support and/or lead the execution of our Corporate Marketing strategy
- Support delivery of significant marketing projects including campaign development, socialization, implementation , and measurement
- Lead tasks across multiple projects to stay organized and meet deadlines across multiple projects
- Collect research, data and trends to uncover audience and competitive insights
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and to meet deadlines and see projects through to completion
- Develop presentations to convey strategy, information and ideas
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business , Finance , Marketing, or Liberal Arts
- Minimum 3 years of marketing and brand experience with a focus on internal and external engagement, preferably within the financial services industry
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, including the ability to multi-task and manage a large number of ongoing initiatives
- Enthusiasm to learn more about the investment management industry
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and business demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to various stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of emerging marketing tactics and strategies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as the Adobe platform
- Ability to analyze data to identify takeaways and opportunities for optimization, and present these findings to stakeholders.
