Position 1 - Senior Marketing & Segmentation Manager
Our client is a leading Hong Kong based financial services group listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, serving the needs of customers throughout Greater China and beyond, with the operation one of the largest branch networks in Hong Kong. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive corporate banking, personal banking, wealth management, and investment services to its customers in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and other major markets around the world. She is looking for a Marketing Professional to join her Segment Management and Marketing Department.
To be a Section Head of Segment Management and Marketing Department
To build segmentation model to ensure that differentiated services and product offerings are provided according to segment needs
To define the customer journey by analyzing customer behaviours and needs, and propose initiatives for acquisition, cross-selling, service upgrades, as well as increased customer loyalty and retention, according to HNW and affluent segment's defined value proposition
To formulate cross-selling models with key stakeholders in the products, channels, and other product marketing teams
To monitor the business and sales performance of channels and campaigns, as well as customer movement across key segments, and recommend tactical initiatives to achieve business targets
To plan, implement, and monitor sales activities, marketing campaigns, and customer events
University graduate, preferably with a major in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years' experience gained from the banking sector
Proven track record in customer segmentation, product management, sales management, marketing campaign management, or business analytics
Familiar with banking products and operations/service enhancement, with a keen drive to achieve success
Proactive and innovative, with good organizational and problem-solving skills and a strong sense of customer centricity
Strong strategic thinking capacity, with the ability to translate concepts into business initiatives
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Position 2 - Digital Marketing Manager

She is dedicated to providing comprehensive corporate banking, personal banking, wealth management, and investment services to its customers in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and other major markets around the world. She is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join her Segment Management and Marketing Department.
To supervise a small team in developing effective digital marketing strategy and driving performance-based digital campaigns to meet business targets and acquire customers
To develop social media strategy, manage social media platform including Facebook, Instagram, and WeChat official accounts for segment penetration
To manage, monitor and evaluate the performance of the digital marketing activities
To provide regular reports on campaign performance, programme effectiveness and market intelligence to optimize campaign results
Bachelor degree holder preferably in Marketing, e-Commerce or a related discipline
Minimum of 8 years' experience gained from digital marketing field, e-business or digital agency
Proven track record in digital marketing campaign management including digital optimization, social media, SEO, SEM, etc.
Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing techniques, technology trends and market best practice
Creative, innovative, and passionate in digital marketing with positive working attitude
Effective analytical, people management and project management skills
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Position 3 - Segmentation Manager
A reputable local Bank in Hong Kong with a well-established Branch Network is looking for talents to conduct selling and cross-selling of banking products to provide proactive service to walk-in customers to satisfy customers' needs. She is looking for a professional manager, responsible for driving the acquisition and portfolio growth for Banking Segment.
Responsible for acquiring new customers, grow Current & Savings and SME Accounts and enhance product cross-selling in order to enhance the profitability of the segment
Lead, supervise and motivate the team to achieve the company goal and business targets
Develop marketing strategies and identify emerging and up-trending marketing channels for effective customers targeting
Collaborate with different business units, channels, operations and IT to ensure the smooth delivery of marketing campaigns and good customer experience
Plan and implement online and offline marketing programs, including marketing collaterals development, marketing intelligence, data analysis and expense management
Closely monitor campaign response and able to propose effective solutions to drive business results
Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
At least 5-8 years' working experience in marketing or product management; experience in retail banking, digital banking, segment or credit card is preferable
Good team player with a strong sense of ownership and attention to details
Able t work under pressure and tight schedule
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
