The ideal candidate will be accountable for driving digital performance and audience acquisition strategy. Lead the strategy, development, execution and optimization of paid digital efforts, especially Search, Dynamic Creative Optimisation and Programmatic Display Design digital media campaigns aligned with the Consumer Banking business goals. Work cross-functionally with internal & external stakeholders to optimize campaigns across digital channels (Paid and Owned) and drive business objectives. Own aspects of trafficking, optimization and troubleshooting with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability. Leverage datasets to identify opportunities to improve performance, reach, and return on investment of digital marketing activities Identify opportunities for applying new Ad/Mar Tech, Digital products and services to online campaigns.
At least 4-5 years' experience in digital media and/or digital marketing role
Passionate about online advertising, analytics and driving measurable results
Strong grasp of Ad Tech (DSP, Google CM, Search 360, Ad serving and more)
Ability to share/present complex results of analysis in a clear and compelling manner that inspires action
Fast Learner - Can achieve power-user status on multiple tools quickly
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for the digital space from gaming, mobile, social networking, online videos, digital sparks, and everything in-between
Strong team player with excellent analytical and project management skills
