TNLA Education and Marketing Coordinator

Coordinate TNLA’s digital experiences through innovation and new ideas while helping to develop a more knowledgeable and professional workforce for the Green Industry.

Essential Duties:

•    Work with the TNLA Team on enhancing TNLA’s Education & Certification programs along with Youth Initiatives 
•    Maintain and implement web-based eLearning platform blended with TNLA certification materials and exams along with providing concise evaluation reports regarding the platform and analytics from users on a routine basis
•    Troubleshoot problems and coordinate solutions for technical issues and implementation for TNLA’s digital experiences
•    Work with vendors to produce and edit media for communication and marketing deliverables 
•    Assist with the development of writing online help text to create a more user-friendly experience for TNLA’s digital platforms
•    Communicate effectively and work with all levels of employees and stakeholders in determining online methods needed to train, educate and provide continuing education units
•    Provide overall maintenance and updates for TNLA’s websites, social media platforms and Mobile Apps (TNLA & EXPO) 
•    Help with the production, marketing and sales of TNLA’s Best of Texas Landscape Guide
•    Assist in the creation and production of email blasts for TNLA promotions and updates, run reports for email blast address listings and track analytics
•    Maintain various databases, charts, listings, and surveys
•    Assist with creating and maintaining presentations for TNLA & EXPO events
•    Answer phone calls, provide customer service and written correspondence
