Our client is one of the leading Australian banks. This is a newly created role within the Customer & Banker Lead Enablement team.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Customer & Banker Lead Enablement, the main focus of the role is to use strategic and analytical abilities to develop channels for lead generation and delivery of outcomes to bankers.
Identify the right channels and platforms to drive growth and lead generation.
Prepare strategic marketing plans to prioritise segments/ products, channels and platforms to maximise customer value.
Drive customer leads and positive outcomes for customers and bankers.
Monitor and analyse lead performance.
Develop strategic plans to deliver customer growth and enhance ROI.
Collaborate with different teams to increase sales volume, market penetration and drive outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need:
Proven experience in Marketing Strategy and Marketing Analysis.
Solid knowledge of marketing platforms, channels, campaign management.
A good understanding of Data analytics.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
An understanding of the banking/ financial sector is desirable.
Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.
