To work as a key member of the Administrative Team in creating and maintaining a strong and sustainable student marketing strategy for the school, overseeing all publications, advertising, website content, social media, press relations, event promotion and internal and external communications.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and execute programs that enhance the visibility and public perception of the school.
Work closely with the Head of School and Rosarian’s Leadership Team to create discrete communication plans for high priority initiatives and announcements.
Organize activities that support the admissions, marketing, and development objectives of the school.
Work with Advancement Team to create fund raising campaigns and communications.
Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan and staff the work of the volunteer marketing committee.
Write, design, and produce the school's weekly external communications including the weekly parent r-newsletter.
Manage media relations, including writing press releases and cultivating relations with local media.
Manage and update the school website.
Actively develop and maintain the communication budget.
Manage the school's presence on the internet to reinforce a positive perception of the school.
Attend school events and take photographs for publication.
Oversee the production of all school publications, including the annual report, school directory,
student handbook, course catalog and event invitations and programs.
Produce advertisements for admissions purposes.
Assist with writing school documents and communications, including communications for the Head of School.
Manage, maintain and ensure brand consistency for all social media.
Advise and manage school style guidelines across all media, for all constituencies.
