About the role:
As our new 'Senior Marketing Associate' you report to the 'Head of Marketing, Greater China' and belong to the GTM team, which is one of the core pillars of the marketing department. The Go-to-Market team is responsible for bringing commercial initiatives to market, ranging from new product launches, marketing campaigns, as well as service offerings or price communications. Hereby, Go-to-Market is the owner of the marketing calendar, marketing budget, and marketing strategy across markets. A GTM plan, prepared for each initiative by the GTM team, covers target segmentation, competitive analysis, messaging, channel mix, budget allocation as well as a detailed execution plan for all touch-points. In this regard, GTM is coordinating the full experience journey with various departments inside and outside the marketing function (e.g. Commercial Owners, PR, Digital Engagement, Paid Media, Platform Development, Web and UX, as well as creative agencies).
Understand Saxo business run in Hong Kong and support marketing team on market research and outlook, digital acquisition, and experience
Work closely with HK Marketing Head on various marketing initiatives
Deliver commercial initiatives from brief to finish (i.e. new product launches, campaigns, etc.)
Collaborate with creative, web, PR, and digital engagement teams to bring a full experience to market
Collaborate with commercial teams to deliver and optimize the Saxo experience (onboarding improvements, journey improvements, promo offerings, USP and message definition, etc.)
Work with cross function teams to align on the content in order to deliver great online customer experience across all touch points, from websites, to EDM, to Social media, to clients
Assist constant marketing activities including monitoring of competitors and medias, and coordinate Internal translation / localization / file / marketing materials and events
Identify communication/branding opportunities by working closely with vendors to fully maximize the web presence
Work under the extended mandate of the head of marketing to manage the related marketing activities from origination through all parts of the Hong Kong and Shanghai office
Work on implementing marketing initiatives with marketing team in mainland China
Engage with relevant colleagues and departments ensuring efficient execution of our Strategy
4+ years of relevant marketing experience
Be excellent spoken & written Chinese and English
Be a team-player
Be energetic, enthusiastic, and hardworking
Possess strong leadership qualities and interpersonal skills
Enjoy working in an international and fast-paced environment
Be outstanding in event organizing and communication skills
Experience in copywriting and social media writing in English a plus
Knowledge in design and video editing software a big plus
