COORDINATOR, MARKETING, EXECUTIVE DEGREE PROGRAMS , Sloan School of Management , to manage and implement projects that support an integrated marketing strategy and comprehensive plan for program communications, including email marketing communication, social media, digital and video content, recruitment collateral, and brand messaging. Will manage and meet deadlines for all marketing projects, including the coordination of outbound email campaigns, blog, social posts, and video content of websites, specifically student and alumni testimonials; and partner with program staff, faculty, students, and vendors in the delivery of Sloan's world-class Executive MBA (EMBA) and Sloan Fellows MBA degree programs. Will also provide customer service and logistical support to students and visitors, including acting as a point of contact, on selected program delivery days/evenings (including up to twenty evenings, twenty Saturdays, and four Sundays per year).
Job Requirements REQUIRED : bachelor's degree; two years' related experience; experience with social media, email marketing communication, and content marketing campaigns; experience with program, event, or project management; experience using marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot; knowledge of Sprout Social or similar technology; and demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service, building relationships, multitasking, and working effectively in a pressured work environment. Seek a self-starter who is able to work effectively both individually and as part of cross-disciplinary teams that include staff from within the EMBA as well as other departments, faculty, and students.
