The Assistant A.D. for Marketing and Fan Engagement is responsible for the oversight of marketing, advertising, research, promotions and game day experience. This position will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for each sport with an emphasis on revenue generation, increasing ticket sales and improving the overall fan experience. The Assistant A.D. will supervise 5 positions in marketing and spirit groups.
Will be required to submit a previous marketing plan and related materials/measured results.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years related work experience in college or professional sports environment; Managerial experience required.Preferred qualifications: candidate may have a Master’s degree in a related field. Knowledge and experience in working with NCAA rules desirable.Criminal history background check will be conducted. Excellent benefits including staff/dependent scholarship program.
