What you will do
The Senior Marketing Communications Associate interfaces with key leaders and the sales force to ensure assigned projects and deliverables are executed seamlessly and on time. Specifically, you will supports product management, sales, marketing and the creative design team to effectively coordinate development, design, approval, production and distribution of marketing materials. This is a terrific opportunity to focus on sales enablement and education platforms for Stryker's surgical technologies.
Responsibilities may include:
Administer the sales enablement digital platform.
Manage POs/Invoices for Marketing Communications.
Support projects for Marketing, Product Marketing and Senior Director of Marketing as needed.
Provide communications strategy, vendor identification and direction for marketing events, presentations, or acquisitions as needed.
Creative direction of marketing and promotional materials, print and electronic.
Copyedit, proofread and revise communications as needed.
Manage social media calendar.
Must uphold the Stryker brand guidelines ensuring compliance with brand identity.
Project management of initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring all stages and elements are executed on time.
Drive strategic sale enablement and knowledge management initiatives with Marketing teams.
Manage and maintain all files, upholding the organizational archive structure.
Distribution of marketing collateral to respective locations (i.e. Websites, Apps, Printer, etc.).
Manage print inventory and orders, including analytics and visibility to marketing teams.
What you need
Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of professional experience required.
MBA preferredAbility to juggle priorities and meet numerous deadlines.
Must possess superior organization & creative skills.
Able to interact professionally at all levels of the business.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and creative programs such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar design programs required.
Extraordinary attention to detail, organized and follow through.
Must be a positive, collaborative team player building strong relationships.
