The Director of Market Access Marketing, CRM - Renal is a key business partner for the CRM Franchise supporting commercialization of new renal products in the CRM portfolio, as well as the Market Access Strategy and Commercialization Team. This individual will be responsible for innovative development and implementation of pre-launch, launch and in-market access strategy and tactics into a continuously evolv-ing managed care environment, clinical and economic value proposition and resource creation for Payor account management and contracting, budget and agency management, access insights to in-line and pipeline development, the empowerment of field pull-through and HCP access marketing.
The Director Market Access Marketing will directly support a CRM renal asset in development and will lead and support planning for the access launch for the brand with expected US revenues over $1B. The suc-cessful candidate will be a key leader within the Market Access Strategy and Commercialization Team.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Become market expert and lead overall value proposition development to serve as a foundation for overall Payor account management and contracting, consisting but not limited to market, customer and competitive research, HEOR collaboration on value evidence, economic and budget modelling, working with consulting partners and internal insights. * Serve as market access strategy lead for key meetings/presentations with strong collaboration and leadership across the franchise leadership team to integrate and accelerate market access strategy, resourcing and messaging for brand launch and growth. * Lead in market access collaboration and align with managed market functions and customer segments including national and regional Payor account teams, patient services, health economics and outcomes research, account marketing team, pricing and contracting, insights & analytics, finance, etc. * Understand evolution of Payor needs and identify appropriate NVS capabilities and resources needed to address needs. * Support pipeline and BD&L analyses of future opportunities and provide market access assumptions for clinical investments, line extensions or indications and deal evaluations. * Anticipate impact of environmental factors on Payor segments (legislative, economic, clinical, advocacy) to develop proactive tools and resources addressing customer needs. * Lead engagements with medical, legal and regulatory colleagues in the FUSE process on approval of access promotional materials that are Payor and HCP facing alike. * Develop comprehensive and innovative pull-through initiatives (tools, resources, communications) to help our field sales to identify access opportunities and maximize access-driven opportunities for our brands.
