What you’ll be doing...
The Digital Traffic Optimization Manager will be responsible for enabling Digital growth within the Verizon Business Group (VBG) organization which targets business and public sector customers. The Digital Marketing manager will be responsible for developing the affiliate program and negotiating contracts with various digital partners to grow quality traffic and conversions/leads. In addition, the manager will be responsible for overall Traffic and conversion rate optimization by coordinating closely with Integrated Marketing and Corporate Marketing (CMO) Media, and other stakeholders (Demand Generation team, CRM, Product Marketing) to support efficiency in paid and organic search efforts, by ensuring measurable objectives and targets are defined for each digital campaign: and ensuring goals for quality traffic and conversions are met by segment.
Develop strategy and execution plan for an expanded Affiliate program, while continuing to maintain the existing affiliate program, with the goal of efficiently driving new quality traffic and conversions.
Collaborate with CMO team to refine the existing affiliate program and build the new.
Prioritize affiliate opportunities and forecast opportunities.
Initiate discussions with potential affiliate partners and negotiate contracts that efficiently quality leads.
Monitor affiliate performance and adjust contracts and execute new opportunities as needed.
Execute on both digital affiliate opportunities and lead demand generation opportunities from affiliates.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Three or more years of digital marketing experience.
On the job experience with user experience optimization.
Experience with web analytics tools.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Affiliate Marketing experience.
Experience owning digital marketing programs or projects end to end.
Experience working with a service provider (i.e. phone, cable, internet, insurance, etc.).
GA 360 Platform (e.g. DV360, Campaign Manager, Analytics, etc.).
