What you will do:
The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations is responsible for the creative development, routing and review, and asset management programs for collateral on behalf of the division. This leader is responsible to set direction of these initiatives and will manage work between internal resources and external partnerships. Is also responsible for representing our master and product brands in all creative expressions.
You will establish, develop, and lead the newly formed Marketing Operations team to enable the marketing organization with creative services, project management, routing and review processes and asset management
You will demonstrate strong leadership and be responsible for developing and mentoring talent across the Marketing and Sales Enablement team creating a culture of accountability and talent management
You will be responsible for leveraging technology to drive innovation and efficiencies within the creative and review process and outlining strategy for managing work effectively with internal and external resources
You will be responsible for compliance with divisional procedure D03000
You will develop effective relationships across all levels with business leaders, marketing and R&D teams, and fellow leaders on the marketing and sales enablement team to leverage data and feedback as input into the team's progress
You will develop strong vendor relationships
You will demonstrate ability to influence at all levels of the organization
What you need:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Communications, Business Administration or Marketing
10+ years marketing communications experience
Internal relationships skills as well as demonstrated Program Management Experience.
Proven success in designing business processes which result in business process change and new programs.
Ability to negotiate through multiple opinions and translate into executable programs.
Influence strategy and direction at all levels of the organization.
Experience in a highly regulated industry/procedure
