We are looking for a Partner Marketing Lead, Asia Pacific to be based in our Singapore office.
This individual will leverage synergies and drive business amplification by leading the development and execution of Asia Pacific channel marketing strategy in alignment with the key AP and sub region stakeholders.
Develop and execute the annual channel marketing plan in partnership with the Asia Pacific market access and field marketing teams in support of the AP and subregion PartnerNetwork growth priorities including distributors, systems integrators, and technology partners driving strong focus on ROI, business amplification and strengthening Rockwell Automation brand.
Define metrics to measure ROI for all marketing activities as defined in the Marketing plan.
Support goal alignment and collaboration between market access leaders, field marketing and sales on execution of all channel activities.
Collaborate with the global channel marketing team in global channel programs planning and development to support AP business objectives and market opportunities; get alignment on results and lead program execution in AP.
Collaborate with field marketing to drive alignment and consistency of RA branding, thought leadership messaging and content delivery in all channel co-marketing programs, activities, and events.
In conjunction with wider AP marketing team plan and drive implementation of all channel programs, activities and launches as per the marketing plan, ensuring adherence to budget.
Build co-marketing plans with identified partners to leverage synergies and drive amplification of RA portfolio and solutions value proposition and messaging.
Support planning, management, and execution of the annual AP PartnerNetwork conference, in partnership with Global and AP market access and marketing teams
Enable the channel partners with digital marketing knowledge, MAP platform, content and tools to increase channel's digital capabilities and drive channel promotional efforts
Manage and report on channel budgets and co-marketing funds (MDF). Perform ROI analysis on all channel marketing activities.
Maintain regular engagement with AP market access and marketing stakeholders for marketing plan alignment and buy-in.
Degree in marketing / Business Management or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in B2B Marketing and managing Partner/Channel Marketing with MNC companies
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead by influence cross-functional teams remotely and in a matrix environment.
Experience in developing and executing successful co-marketing programs including events with partners.
Understanding of marketing infrastructure including marketing automation, digital and social marketing.
Strategic and creative mindset to create new experiences for partners and customers.
