The Associate Director, HCP Digital Marketing will be part of building a bold strategy not just for Novartis, but for the industry and will engage with all levels of the organization, identifying areas of opportunity, and inspire change. The Associate Director will own the development and execution of key marketing initiatives that will have a long lasting impact in cardiovascular health and the Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolism (CRM) franchise performance. This position will be based at HQ East Hanover, New Jersey
Responsibilities: * Development, implementation and execution of insight-based brand strategy, marketing mix and operational plans that optimize sales, market share and revenue growth for our cardiovascular product. * You will work with the HCP and Digital marketing teams to develop digital activation programs (non-personal promotion) for Physicians, PAs, and Office Managers, as well as coordinated marketing plans that align with the brand strategic imperatives * Build a digital ecosystem that drives HCP activation and improves engagement. Owns media investment and end-to-end digital journey that will drive, awareness, consideration, conversion, and will deliver an outstanding brand experience that develops brand loyalty. Uses data for continuous optimization. * Align and collaborate with other areas of brand marketing (HCP Professional Promotions, P2P, HCP Engagement & Advocacy, and Consumer Marketing) to support one-brand strategy and unified communication of brand narrative. * Identify market and HCP insights using market research, program analysis, competitive intelligence, and understanding of disease area and use them to develop compelling strategies * Partner with extended brand team members to ensure seamless execution of unbranded and branded marketing execution. Implement relationship marketing initiatives to support the Physician and Office experience * Identify innovative opportunities to accelerate appropriate uptake of the brand and develop innovative ideas, programs and services to drive business * Work with internal and external agency partners to ensure timely delivery of materials. Own HCP Digital SOW and budgets with agency teams * Lead review of resources with Regulatory, Medical and Legal (MAP) teams
