Supporting the Bank's business in Global South Asia & Middle East and/or Southeast Asia, enabling bankers to achieve set objectives in terms of growing the client base and achieving NNM/ revenue targets
Improving the client experience at all touch points including (a) print (b) marketing collaterals (c) in-person and online Client engagement events (d) general understanding of Bank's digital services platform (e) social media
Providing a holistic brand experience
Maintaining consistency in the key messages promoting the Bank's unique value proposition, its brand values and brand personality
Building public awareness, positive brand perception and preference in the minds of our key stakeholders, especially our selected target segments
Developing strategies and tactics to promote the Bank and drive qualified prospects to our events for bankers' follow-up
Deploying successful marketing initiatives and owning their implementation from ideation & conceptualization to execution and post initiative analytics.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Conceptualise, Curate programme content and execute events for Southeast Asia markets.
Internal & external communications support such as events invitation, speeches, pre/post event write-ups, post event surveys, etc.
Internal events: Occasional/adhoc event support and social media content creation
External events: Full responsibility for crafting events invitations, speeches, presentations, pre/post event write-ups, event survey and tracking event success etc
Manage and be responsible for the marketing budget, allocate funds strategically.
Measure and report ROI, gain insights and assess results against goals
Diploma or degree in Marketing, communications, or related field
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience preferably in banking or finance industry
Demonstrate experience/ potential in marketing plus willingness to learn
Proven skills in identifying target segments and in creatively devising communication messages/ translation copy that engage, educate and motivate
Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
Solid knowledge of the various marketing disciplines of PR, branding, social media, event management and online marketing
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
Excellent in communication and written skills
MUST be team player with CAN DO and positive attitude
