A key multifaceted role in India marketing team, responsible for Project Managing and executing field events, customer case study development, PR/Social / Media Plan execution and Vendor Pool Management .
Event Planning & Management
Responsible for end-to-end event planning and management for local rollout and execution of events (online /offline & Hybrid) within allocated budget in line with India and AP strategy
Conduct event planning meetings, pre and post event reports to relevant stakeholders.
Source and brief agencies/ vendors on service requirements, ensuring branding guidelines are adhered to for all material output.
Liaise with suppliers on the delivery of orders and work with Marketing Associate to register new vendors, issue shopping carts, following the right processes for compliance.
Case Studies/ Success Story Development
Develop brief for case studies/ success stories - work with AP PR team
Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders, partners and customers to facilitate the development
Seek customer approval and sign-off
PR/ Trade & Mainline Media Marketing
Supports Development and execution of the annual Media Plan across all online / offline platforms marketing plan which drives the Rockwell Automation's brand Awareness in the Sub region and support the SOV / other key Metric .
Liaise with AP team to ensure consistency of brand, enterprise, industry, solutions and portfolio messaging across all marketing programs, activities, channels and media.
Leverages / Re purposes the AP/global content for Brand, PR, Thought Leadership promotion via online /offline media (social, blog ,By lines , Press releases , articles etc .) for sub regional use .
Increase visibility of company Executives/ SMEs through speaking and appropriate editorial opportunities.
Social Media/ Website Marketing
Create and manage social media posts such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook for India and work with PR agency for LinkedIn and Facebook publicity where applicable.
Liaise with AP PR/ Omni channel team to ensure the process adherence.
Update content such as news stories, article links onto social media sites to promote thought leadership, solutions, services etc.
Maintains / updates the country Web site in alignment with AP/ Global guidelines .
Liaise with Vendors / team to create an optimum vendor pool for cost optimization.
Continuously work on improving the vendor pool to incorporate new age agencies with capabilities to work on contemporary technologies / tools.
Liaise with AP Omni channel / Event team to ensure adherence to the AP strategy / guidelines.
Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in marketing / Business Management or equivalent
6 - 8 years of experience in marketing across various roles
Proven experience with PR, digital and social marketing programs, marketing tools and systems
Understanding of marketing infrastructure requirements, including marketing automation, digital and social marketing, business intelligence and analytics
Excellent content marketing, business writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Prior experience in B2B, technology or software marketing preferred.
