The Asia Pacific Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory (BCMA) business management team is responsible for all business operations, including franchise and client strategy, finance, risk & control, resource management, and administration.A core responsibility within the 'franchise and client strategy' function is support the creation on innovative content to be used in external client engagement / pitches.
The Business Associate role is responsible for supporting the execution of creative origination marketing activities.This includes the running projects start-to-end with direct access to senior management, as well as coordination with various internal and external stakeholders. Tasks may include idea generation and brainstorming on creative content concepts that can be applied to the firm's client servicing initiatives. Creative content concepts will include (but not limited to) script writing, creative visualization for corporate presentations, client and product specific video production and add-on client meeting materials.
Assist leadership and stakeholders with executing client-centric and internal content production projects
Arrange and facilitate brain-storming sessions with stakeholders on relevant topics
Drive the content production process as the main point of contact for all internal stakeholders though each stage of production, starting from the idea initiation, to execution, and through post production.
Partner with regional and global deal teams and senior leadership to ensure alignment of business goals
Coordination with various external vendors as required
3-4 years of experience in financial markets business, corporate communications or financial markets business support
Prior professional experience with creative software tools preferred, but not essential (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud)
Fluency in English (both verbal and written) required, Mandarin proficiency desirable
Strong communication skills - ability to confidently interact with individuals at all levels
Demonstrated expertise of Microsoft Office product suite; proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint required
Understanding of Banking Industry, specifically Corporate and Investment Banking

Experience in working / coordinating with teams across various geographies
Ability to drive projects and initiatives - a self-starter

Bachelor's Degree/University degree in Finance and / or Communications, Media, Creative, or related disciplines
