CoverMyMeds is seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented and energetic Traffic Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person will work closely with all members of the team supporting marketing campaigns and projects that build the CoverMyMeds brand, go-to-market strategies for product and drive leads for the organization. What You'll Do:
Work within our marketing project management software, Workfront, to create project timelines, assign tasks, check statuses of projects, and more
Scope projects and work with team to determine timelines for deliverables
Review timelines with the project lead to get internal client approval
Conduct meetings with different marketing pillars to define priorities on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and ensure we're executing work against the company goals
Communicate any issues and roadblocks with the project teams
Consult with traffic managers to ensure work is split between our creative resources appropriately and shift project deadlines as needed
Initiate new jobs for internal clients and create timelines and tasks for the work to be done (future planning)
Create efficiencies on intake forms, reporting and project briefs within the project management tool
Project manage on an as-needed basis
Lead project kick-off meetings ensuring campaign goals, scope and deliverables are understood by all team members involved
Work with legal team on contract and campaign approval and help prioritize reviews as needed
Work with finance team to ensure invoices for projects are correct, documented and paid in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned by the marketing team
1-3 years of experience in Traffic, Project Management or Account Management.
Excellent communication skills and highly organized
Experience with Workfront or another project management software is a plus
Enjoys creating efficiencies and new processes
Ability to find creative solutions to problems
Comfortable communicating with leaders across the organization
