Supports the team to manage digital marketing presence for Stryker's Neurovascular APAC division, providing ownership and strategic insight to optimizing our web-based presence and social communication channels. Manages marketing operations projects, defines new and existing processes, and provides day to day measurement of marketing operations performance to support the APAC marketing team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develops and executes marcom related and digital marketing materials that are aligned with Marketing, Sales, Communications & Programs objectives.
Oversee ongoing development and management of fulfillment system functionality. Responsible for adding new users to the system. Continuously look for ways to optimize the system's usefulness by internal customers. Communicate and educate tools available to customers. Collaborate with MarCom Managers to keep site updated and current. Analyze data and metrics generated to provide insight and recommendations for improvement in areas such as printing.
Develop and manage online channels, including web properties, microsites, e-blasts, Webinars and omni-channel campaigns. Manage digital vendor partners. Provide subject matter expertise. Perform system monitoring, track analytics and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
Manage all divisional social channels in the designated region. Monitor all channels to ensure community guidelines are successfully adhered to. Develop content for APAC/ global facing sites, manage social steering committee meetings. Lead strategy and implementation for expansion of current channels into new markets.
Manage and optimize digital marketing opportunities across various touchpoint and channels appropriate for B2B marketing
Work with internal IS Team and/or 3rd party vendors to manage digital platforms, internal websites and also ensure compliance and consistency based on e-Marketing guidelines.
Serve as an informational expert on Salesforce CRM system and its affiliated marketing capabilities for internal customers. Partner with internal customers to lead in the development of all marketing campaigns, managing the development of assets required for omni-channel communication.
Responsible for executing overall strategy, implementation and workflow of the Digital Asset Management system. Manage the Digital Asset system and facilitate the uploading of assets as well as maintaining and upgrading the system. Determine metadata for assets to ensure accurate usage. Generate reports and maintain accurate procedures and records for the system. Stay informed of latest Digital Asset Management technology trends.
Continuously analyze the current processes and optimize accordingly to improve productivity. Share results, findings, and recommendations, troubleshoot issues and fix problems. Stay abreast of latest developments and engage actively with vendors. Help promote best practices among team and drive process and tool improvements.
Foster new and innovative ways to reach organization's internal and external audiences. Maintain and enhance knowledge of innovative technology and industry trends. Gather and assemble background information, research, recommendation, and analysis as needed.
Qualifications/Work Experience Required
At least 4+ years' experience in digital marketing
Experience working with Marketo, Adobe Analytics & Hootsuite as an advantage
Education/Special Training Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a similar field required.
Ability to speak an Asian language, such as Mandarin, will be an advantage.
