Our mission at PresenceLearning is to ensure that all children who require therapy get the services they need and are entitled to. Over the last 12 years, our award-winning teletherapy platform has enabled over 3 Million therapy sessions nationwide and we are looking to multiply this with the launch of a new SAAS line of business, Therapy Essentials. We are building robust digital therapy tools to make it easier for Clinicians to deliver their services to any kid, from anywhere.
What will you do at PresenceLearning?
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our Therapy Essentials product marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for presenting our product in ways that will strengthen our brand and drive growth among our various customer segments: from school districts to private practices. A successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, skilled storyteller, and expert influencer with a proven ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition to a variety of audiences in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we satisfy our customers needs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating at highly strategic and tactical levels, switching between them effortlessly. You won't be afraid to roll up your sleeves and own the success of a launch. This is a highly visible role within the organization that reports to the President of Therapy Essentials and works cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Help your team define and manage comprehensive go-to-market plans including development of product positioning, communication of value proposition, launch strategy, PR, sales, and partner materials
Be at the forefront of EdTech trends by conducting market analysis and competitive benchmarking, and translating learnings into actionable insights to shape the product roadmap and marketing plans.
Be the expert on our core audiences, who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria.
Understand and support our B2B business; train those teams on the problems we solve for our customers, and develop internal tools and external collateral that will help our team communicate the value of Therapy Essentials to those audiences.
Work with marketing teams to create and maintain sales and marketing tools and content – this includes various types of collateral such as white papers, videos, event collateral, print materials, and web content in order to communicate the value proposition of our products and solutions to targeted audiences.
Own the eCommerce roadmap for the DTC journey from conceptualization through to execution, including managing the ongoing transition from ‘one-size-fits-all’ to a more personalized experience
What are we looking for?
BA, MBA a plus
5+ years of relevant work experience within marketing, product marketing, and/or strategy consulting
3+ years of experience working across the product lifecycle and go-to-market initiatives
Energized by working in a start-up, a fast-paced environment with high ambiguity
Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing.
Customer-centric, data-driven, analytical problem solver with a proven track record of building multi-channel campaigns to engage and motivate a variety of target customer segments
Proven track record of driving successful go-to-market launches that drive adoption
Fluency with data - including market/segment sizing, forecasting, and working with analytics to understand the efficacy of campaigns after the fact
Proven success creating compelling messages and demonstrating a product or services’ benefits and capabilities.
Extraordinary written communication skills: able to articulate complex product features ideas into clear, succinct summaries.
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams in marketing, sales, and product.

Core Service Areas: Speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, behavioral and mental health services, and psychoeducational assessments.
School Team Support: Professional development and online platform access and support for school SPED teams to conduct their own online services for students.
