In this hybrid role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person training and meetings. We are hiring in the following locations: Denver CO, Dallas TX, Irvine CA, Alpharetta GA, Basking Ridge NJ and New York City.
We are hiring a superstar, Senior Digital Marketing Manager to develop the strategy and oversee the execution of revenue driving marketing campaigns that create awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate is a data focused marketer, with an incredibly keen eye on details, and someone who can synthesize and leverage consumer, market, and performance data, to develop remarkable marketing experiences.
In this role, you will manage a team of integrated marketing and media strategy managers, and oversee the end to end tactics for our marketing approach. Furthermore, you will identify and/or design themes and opportunities that enable Visible to breakthrough and capture prospects.
This is a high profile role that brings measurable value to the success of our business. Additionally, it is a great fit for an energetic self-starter who enjoys driving marketing impact and operational efficiency through building world class campaigns, and developing scalable processes.
In short, the three critical elements of this role are as follows:
Lead generation: Demand Capture: Retention
Develop marketing strategies and tactics that gain the interest of potential members, nurture high-fit prospects into consumers, and retain those members for the long-term.
Discover and create data centric opportunities that allow us to make more effective and efficient decisions for the ways in which we drive acquisitions through marketing channels.
Develop strategies that nurture consumer relationships, drive continuous brand trust, and retain consumers.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have:
7-10 years of experience in B2C marketing.
Experience managing a team.
Must be a “big picture thinker.”
Experience in managing agency relationships, and developing high impact strategic campaigns and channels is a must.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $99,000 and $183,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
