What you’ll be doing...
Sitting within the NBI team’s marketing and communications organization, this person will be responsible for defining, deploying and measuring go-to-market strategies and tactics for business units across NBI. This position will be focused on enhancing NBI’s competitive differentiation through strategic marketing initiatives. This individual will work to set objectives for all marketing and integrated communications to accomplish company objectives. They will help promote NBI’s technology and products through targeted positioning of key benefits and differentiators to key audiences. They will also be skilled in communicating across teams, including with executives, operations, communications, technical teams, external partners and vendor contacts.
Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to elevate the products and technology offerings across the team.
Leading marketing initiatives including event management, product launches, copywriting, presentation decks and audience outreach.
Developing, producing and disseminating content.
Ensuring marketing programs have the appropriate level of supporting materials such as messaging, channel support, and KPIs.
Collaborating with other internal teams to measure attainment of goals and working with the team to take risks, fail fast, and make adjustments through a coordinated feedback loop.
Providing guidance and direction to all key stakeholders based upon successes, customer feedback, and evolving trends to subject matter experts
Serving as the interface into leadership, providing internal and external feedback that may influence the strategy and direction of a product, feature or business unit.
Reading the market and following industry trends and competitive activity.

What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrable experience developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns in conjunction with communications, strategy and operations organizations.
Internal and external event identification, activation and execution experience.
Even better if you have:
Master’s degree; MBA or Masters of Engineering and Management.
Experience in the wireless or telecom industry.
The ability to multitask on several products and programs with little supervision.
Marketing strategy and Go to Market planning experience.
The ability to develop effective and efficient marketing content for a variety of solutions, products and technologies.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to develop and present executive level presentations.
Strong logical, analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $75,000 and $139,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
