This position is responsible to develop and implement service sales strategy, to achieve service revenue and service gross margin goals for both short and long terms, through service product pricing, promotion, marketing and selling strategies execution.
Responsible for evaluating and delivering internal and external appropriate service products that are aligned with company strategy, and customer are valued.
Develop Service product up selling strategies to differentiate, and positioning ADD Service in the APAC regions allowing expansion of value adds.
Lead yearly AOS marketing campaigns to maintain awareness of the AOS products and services.
Understands the organization's mission, goals and strategies through constant and consistent communication with the local sales/service managers.
Develop and implement action plan to achieve yearly service revenue and service gross margin goals.
Identify opportunity down to country districts, province and states. Work with distributor level, and internally with Service and Sales (CE & ACQ and Channel) teams to drive the goals accomplishment.
Proactively analyses and recommend action plans to capture any service revenue opportunities, as well as to develop related process/strategy to sustain and maintain long term improvement gains
Provide regular analysis and tracking report of service revenue and service gross margin improvement. Monitor and track progress and performance against plan and goals and derive alternative actions if any gap.
Maintain sufficient communication and support to Country Service Managers and Sales Managers on all progress.
Work with Regional/Country Service Manager and CE Director/Manager closely to drive upselling of Always ON, new service products and Informatics selling to end customers and distributors.
Work with Strategic Pricing and Finance to set and gatekeep the pricing and discount for service products as well.
Responsible for maintaining and distributing AOS marketing resources through Pepper Flow.
Support Area Operation Director for assigned service projects or tasks.
BS or BA in IVD, medical, life science or engineering business curriculum.
8 years related field experience with 3 years' experience in selling or marketing service products. Direct selling experience will be an add.
Good analytical and financial skills, such as service P&L.
Proactive, systematic and process oriented approach to identify and resolve problems.
Project management experience with Lean Six Sigma greenbelt certification is preferred.
Product launch experience will be an added value
Strategic, creative thinking and good at execution.
Ability to influence team member activities and drive results.
Requires good communication and people skills to be able to negotiate and drive teamwork.
Demonstrated success in developing and leading without supervision.
Possess skills to communicate and is able to present in English.
Skill in Microsoft office tools is essential.
Understanding of quality and compliance knowledge in the IVD market.
