We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager, CMB Marketing.
Responsible for supporting the development of marketing strategy based on customer insights and data
In charge of marketing campaign planning, execution and implementation for the fast growing Business Banking segment within Commercial Banking Hong Kong
This includes market/competitor analysis, delivering marketing initiatives for customer acquisition, product acquisition & usage, ecosystem partnership and digital/mobile banking adoption, as well as thought leadership programmes
The role holder being a key interface of global/local agencies will also be responsible for agency relationship management, marketing operations and governance
Degree level of qualification in business studies and marketing preferred
Broad based business experience, ideally within a financial services based institution
A range of brand and marketing strategy development experience
Ability to think digital first, innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts
Experience of working with and managing different levels of stakeholders, both internal and externally
Good understanding of communication developments and emerging consumer and industry trends
Proven ability to work on multi-function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills
Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of all development and implementation activities
Good command of verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
