For our Electrophysiology (EP) division, we are looking for an EMEA Marketing Specialist, locatedin Belgium - Brussels
Organizes events and exhibitions, from branding to lead management to drive the corporate brand and to support business objectives.
Develops creative concepts related to all communication vehicles in accordance with corporate communication branding guidelines and Divisions' messaging. Oversees work provided by internal resources and/or external suppliers
Understands how to apply marketing techniques to commercial objectives and actively has ideas to an approach that resonates with customers
Assist in the implementation, of a Content Marketing Strategy for the business.
Measuring marketing outcomes to increase the efficiency of marketing activities within the company.
Proposes and implements communication plans validated by the Marketing Manager in line with the budget assigned
Collaborate with marketing communications partners, and product marketing to create content like brochures, roll-ups, emails, web pages, landing pages.
Create content that is customer-centric and that complies with Abbott brand guidelines.
Creation and dispatch of the newsletter
Support regional colleagues involved in marketing communications.
Promote awareness of the value of digital marketing and the importance of good digital marketing practices to key stakeholders.
Maintains a positive and integrated network in the internal communication community to promote knowledge of current practices and innovation
Ensure that the marketing campaign and sales materials are delivered on time.
Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, Public relations degree or similar,
Strong Marketing Communications and digital marketing skillset
Good knowledge of integrated communications strategy and the Marketing Mix (Print, Digital, Events).
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with content management platforms
Fluent in English
Proven experience creating and managing ad & promo content.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working on multiple projects with multiple functions/stakeholders.
